If you are registered for online services then you cancel the appointment and re-book all at the same time via the NHS app or patient Access.
Not Registered for Online Service
You will receive a reminder text 24 hours before your appointment which you can reply with the word cancel to cancel your appointment.
You can also contact us via phone or in person.
